2013-14: Spent his first full season at the NHL level, appearing in 50 games… Ranked third on the team in blocked shots per game (1.58)… Scored his first career goal in his 64th career game on March 21 at Calgary… Recorded three of his five assists in a span of four games in which he dressed from Jan. 26-Feb. 8.

2012-13: Recalled from Milwaukee on March 8, and appeared in 24 of Nashville’s final 25 games… Played at least 20 minutes in nine of his final 13 games, and ranked fourth on the team in average ice time (19:32)… Led Nashville defensemen in plus/minus rating (+2)… Notched his first career point/assist on March 21 vs. Calgary… Recorded his first career multi-point/assist performance of his career on April 19 at Chicago… Represented the Admirals at the 2013 AHL All-Star Classic… Led Milwaukee defensemen and was ranked among the AHL’s Top 20 defensemen in points with 26 (7g-19a) in 54 games at the time of his last AHL regular-season game.

2011-12: Tied for 10th among American Hockey League defensemen, and second among AHL rookie defensemen, in points (39) in his first season with Milwaukee… Tied for ninth among AHL blueliners, and 11th among all rookie skaters, in assists (30)… The only Milwaukee skater, and one of eight rookies league-wide, to appear in all 76 of his club’s games… Ranked second on the Admirals in assists and power-play points (tied, 7g-15a-22pts), and fourth in points during his rookie season… Tied for eighth among league rookies in plus/minus rating (+12).

AMATEUR/CAREER NOTES: Spent the 2010-11 campaign with Rogle of Sweden’s second division (Allsvenskan), ranking second among league defensemen in points and assists, and tied for third in goals (11g-23a-34pts, 52gp)… Ranked second among league blueliners in shots on goal (132), in addition to leading Rogle in the category… Ranked second on the 2010-11 Rogle club in penalty minutes (56)… Tied for first in assists and sixth in points (2g-7a-9pts) among all skaters during 2011 qualification play (Kval till Elitserien)… Played five Western Hockey League seasons with Kamloops and Regina from 2004-09, amassing 168 points (36g-132a) and 466 penalty minutes in 336 games… Tied for ninth among WHL defensemen in goals (15) and ranked 12th in points (46) as captain of the Regina Pats in 2008-09… Also tied for fifth among WHL blueliners in power-play goals (10) in 2008-09… Ranked among the Top 15 WHL defensemen in both goals (10) and points (42) while splitting the 2007-08 season between the Pats and Blazers… One of only two defensemen to post at least 40 points (43) and 100 penalty minutes (104) with Kamloops in 2006-07… Tied for eighth among league blueliners in assists (39) in 2006-07… Represented Canada at the 2006 U-18 World Championships, posting a pair of points (1g-1a) in seven games… Earned a silver medal with Team Pacific at the 2005 World Under-17 Hockey Challenge, ranking second among defensemen in assists (5), and fourth in points (5) in the process.
