Acquired: Signed as a free agent by Nashville on January 17, 2007.
2007-08: Recalled by Nashville from Milwaukee (AHL) on three occasions (Oct. 27, Feb. 17 and March 10) and appeared in 33 games for the Predators… Scored the overtime game-winning goal to cap a rally from a three-goal deficit on April 1, 2008 at St. Louis… Converted the first and only shootout attempt of his career on March 22, 2008 vs. Chicago… Scored the first game-winning goal of his career on March 15, 2008 at Detroit… Notched the first multiple-point game of his career (1g-1a) on Feb. 10, 2008 vs. Phoenix… Named to the 2008 AHL All-Star Classic but missed the event due to recall by the Predators… Ranked second on Milwaukee in assists (40) and game-winning goals (5), as well as third in points (54)… Notched 17 multiple-point games, including three four-point games in just 45 AHL games… Started the AHL season with a six-game point streak (2g-9a) from Oct. 6-24 and notched a point in each of his final five regular-season games with the Admirals (4g-8a) from Feb. 27-March 8… Signed a two-year contract on July 25, 2008. PLAYOFFS: Appeared in all six playoff games for Nashville, and tallied assists in back-to-back games in Games Four and Five.

2006-07: Tallied an assist in his NHL debut on March 4, 2007 at Anaheim… Recalled by Nashville from Milwaukee (AHL) from March 4-April 2, 2007 and appeared in 13 NHL games… Led Milwaukee (AHL) in scoring (30g-38a-68pts) and plus/minus rating (+9).

CAREER NOTES: Appeared in 11 ECHL games with Reading in 2005-06 before joining Milwaukee (AHL), then finished the season ranked third in assists (34) and fourth in points (12g-34a-46pts) in 65 games with the Admirals… Ranked second on the ECHL’s South Carolina Stingrays in goals (30) and fourth in scoring (30g-28a-58pts) in his rookie pro season of 2004-05.




AMATEUR: Led St. Lawrence (ECAC) in scoring in three of his four college seasons (2000-04)… Also tied for second in the ECAC in scoring (17g-25a-42pts) as a senior in 2003-04… Led St. Lawrence and tied for tenth in the ECAC in scoring (15g-23a-38pts) in 2002-03… Led St. Lawrence and tied for tenth in the ECAC with 31 points (10g-21a) in 2001-02.

BACKGROUND: Nickname “Pevs”… Lists Anaheim as his favorite NHL city and the Pengrowth Saddledome in Calgary as his favorite arena to visit… Other favorites include Amerigo’s (place to eat in Nashville) and foxsoccer.com (website)… Has a dog named Bear… He and his wife Nicole got married in the summer of 2008.
