2008-09: Split the season between Nashville and Milwaukee (AHL)… Played 46 games with the Predators during four stints with the club (Oct. 10-Nov. 17, Dec. 11, Jan. 6-17 and Jan. 28-April 10)… Led Nashville rookies in goals (7), assists (10) and points (17)… Notched his first career goal, assist and multi-point outing in his second career game on Oct. 15 at Dallas…

Scored his first career game-winning goal on March 16 at Los Angeles with 2:18 remaining in regulation – the latest in regulation a game winner scored by a Predator in 2008-09… Posted 22 points (13g-9a) in 25 AHL games with Milwaukee, including three three-point outings and three multi-goal games… Played in all 11 of the Admirals 2009 Calder Cup playoff contests, tying for second on the club in postseason goals (4)… Also paced the Admirals in playoff power-play markers (2)… Signed a two-year contract on August 10, 2009.

AMATEUR: Amassed 147 points (90g-57a) in 161 collegiate games at Miami University, ranking second on the school’s all-time goal-scoring list and tied for second on the NCAA Division I all-time game-winning goals list (21) at the end of his collegiate career… Never missed a game in his four-year collegiate career… A West All-America First-Team selection and one of three finalists for the Hobey Baker Award (college hockey’s most outstanding player) as a senior in 2007-08 after posting 49 points (31g-18a) in 42 games… Named 2008 co-Most Valuable Player of Miami University after captaining the Redhawks to a school-record 33 wins… Also won Miami’s Outstanding Offensive Player Award, the Berry Family Outstanding Senior Award and shared the team's Scholar-Athlete Award in 2008… Earned 2008 First-Team All-CCHA honors after ranking third both nationally and in the conference in goals… Tied for first in the nation in game-winning goals (7) in 2007-08… All-CCHA Second Team selection in 2006-07 as a junior captain after ranking second on the Redhawks and 10th nationally in points (29g-19a-48pts)… Also ranked second in the conference in goals and power-play goals (10)… Led the club in plus/minus rating (+18) and was named one of Miami's co-Outstanding Offensive Players of the Year in 2006-07… Earned All-CCHA Second-Team honors as a sophomore in 2005-06 and finished second in club scoring with 35 points (22g-15a)… Ranked third in the conference in goals and tied for fourth nationally in game-winning goals (6) in 2005-06… Led Miami with three game-winning goals during his freshman season in 2004-05… Played for the Chatham Jr. Maroons of the Western Jr. B League in Ontario in 2003-04, winning the league scoring title and being named most valuable player.
