We know it can be hard to stay motivated and active during these hot summer months. That’s why the Preds wanted to make it a little easier with the help of a new program focused on promoting healthy living – Worth Your Weight in Gold


Designed to promote an active lifestyle and physical fitness, Worth Your Weight in Gold will feature weekly videos from Preds Strength and Conditioning Coach David Good showcasing health tips and exercise techniques that can be easily implemented into daily life, health initiatives with Nashville-area Athletic Clubs and cool Nashville Predators incentives.

Getting involved is easy! Simply post photos, check-ins, videos, progress and more to Twitter using #PredsFitClub. Those who participate will be entered to win the Grand Prize – a pair of Nashville Predators season tickets, a shopping spree and a swag bag full of authentic Nashville Predators’ player workout gear. The more you post, the higher your chances of winning!
