If you are the primary account holder, all of your tickets have already been loaded on to your Passport. Simply bring your Citizen of Smashville Passport to the game and present it to the Bridgestone Arena ticket attendant to be swiped for immediate entry.

How to Print Tickets:
Log in to My Smashville Tix. Select 'Manage My Tickets' Select an event Select 'Print' within the dropdown. Note: not all events and/or seats are eligible to be printed Select seats that you wish to print. Select ‘Done’ to complete your action for this game, your actions for this game will be saved in your cart in the top right-hand corner of the screen To print multiple games at once, follow previous steps for desired games Once satisfied, click 'continue' in the top right-hand part of your screen to proceed into the print process. You may also be given the opportunity to print additional items associated with the event (such as parking) as part of this process. On the confirmation page, click the 'print' button. Your tickets will open as a PDF file an may be printed on any standard printer. All you need is Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or higher (free).Note: Once you click the 'print' button, the downloaded tickets will be required for entry to the event. You cannot use any tickets that may have been previously issued or printed.
TRANSFERRING TICKETS
Your My Smashville Tix account allows you to transfer tickets to virtually anyone with an email address. All the recipient will need to print is Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0(free) or higher and any standard printer.
How to Transfer Tickets:
Log in to My Smashville Tix. Select "Manage My Tickets" Select an event Select 'Transfer to Friend' within the dropdown. Note: Not all events and/or seats are eligible to be transferred. Select seats that you wish to transfer. Select ‘Done’ to complete your action for this game, your actions for this game will be saved in your cart in the top right-hand corner of the screen To transfer multiple games at once, follow previous steps for desired games Once satisfied, click 'continue' to proceed into the transfer process. You may also be given the opportunity to transfer additional items associated with the event (such as parking) as part of this process.When completed, an email invite will be sent to the recipient to accept or decline the transferred tickets. If accepted, your original ticket will no longer be valid. Note: do not destroy or discard your original tickets until the recipient has completed the acceptance process. You will receive an email confirmation when the recipient either accepts or declines the transfer invite.

Select ‘Done’ to complete your action for this game, your actions for this game will be saved in your cart in the top right-hand corner of the screen To transfer multiple games to a card at once, follow previous steps for desired games Once satisfied, click 'continue' to proceed into the transfer process. You may also be given the opportunity to transfer additional items associated with the event (such as parking) as part of this process.Note: Your original tickets are no longer valid and you or the person who you have assigned the tickets to be placed on their card will need to be brought to the event in order to gain entry
