Terry McConnell
Vice President, Facility Operation

Terry McConnell has been with Bridgestone Arena and the Nashville Predators since 2002. Terry began his tenure as Operations Manager, facilitating building operations for concert and hockey events. Terry was promoted to Director of Operations in 2006, Senior Director in 2011 and most recently elevated to Vice President of Facility Operations.

Terry developed a passion for the sports and entertainment industry while working behind the scenes at various college athletic events and concert/music festivals and sound stages. Prior to joining the organization he worked as project manager in the construction and property management fields.

Terry is a proud resident of “Historical” Franklin, where he enjoys the small town atmosphere and local fare.
