Allison Simms joined the Nashville Predators as Director of Human Resources in 2006, was elevated to Senior Director in 2008, and promoted to her current role as Vice President of Human Resources in 2010. Her responsibilities include overseeing all human resources functions for both the Nashville Predators and Powers Management.

Simms began her career in human resources in the insurance and healthcare fields before transitioning to the sports & entertainment industry. An alumni of Middle Tennessee State University, Allison has a bachelor’s degree in education and is an active member of Society for Human Resource Management.

As a Nashville native, Simms stays involved in the community with a passion for animal rescue. She and her husband, Matt, reside in Nashville.
