WHERE ARE MY TICKETS?
Season ticket holders, we are excited to inform you that your season tickets are currently loaded onto you Citizen of Smashville Passport (pictured to the right).
You received this card in your season ticket holder gift box. Simply bring your Smashville Passport to the game and present it to the Bridgestone Arena ticket attendant, similar to the way you have with your printed tickets in years past. One quick swipe of your passport at the game will give you access for all of your seats.
You can view and manage the seats that are on your passport by logging into nashvillepredators.com/mysmashvilletix with your Account ID and PIN.
If you do not wish to take advantage of the convenience of managing your tickets digitally, we can provide you with printed tickets from the box office for games starting in February. To request printed tickets, call or email your account representative and they will work to speedily fill your order. Due to the very short turnaround time before opening weekend, and to ensure that all season ticket holders have the tickets they need for these games, if you wish to use printed tickets for the first two (2) games of the season, you should print these from home. To use this convenient feature, simply log into My Smashville Tix and follow the step-by-step instructions at nashvillepredators.com/howto. We encourage you to call your account representative if you have any questions along the way.
DO MY ORIGINAL 2012-13 TICKETS STILL WORK?
Any printed tickets you have received to date for the 2012-13 season are no longer valid. There are unfortunately no exceptions to this.
Season Ticket Holders:
We have provided you with new tickets on your Citizen of Smashville Passport for our games for this exciting new 2012-13 season.
Single Game Ticket Buyers:
If you purchased tickets at any point prior to the lockout being lifted, your order either has been or will be refunded based on your method of purchase:
• Purchased from Ticketmaster.com - your purchase should have been refunded directly to your credit or debit card once the game you purchased was cancelled.
• Purchased from Nashville Predators or Bridgestone Arena employee - your purchase has been credited to your account and can be applied to new ticket purchases. Call 615.770.7800 to inquire about your account credit.
• Purchased directly from the Bridgestone Arena box office - you will need to return your tickets to the box office, at which time you receive a full refund.

HOW DO I SHARE MY TICKETS?
Purchased tickets can be managed digitally allowing you to forward your tickets via email, print your tickets at home, load your tickets to a credit/debit card for paperless use or sell your tickets by posting them to NHL TicketExchange. Simply use your Account ID and PIN to access your account on nashvillepredators.com/mysmashvilletix (aka account manager profile). HOW DO I REQUEST A NEW/ADDITIONAL PASSPORT?
If you are a season ticket holder and need to order a replacement/additional passport, you can do so at nashvillepredators.com/addpassport.
WHEN WILL MY SEASON TICKET PAYMENTS RESUME?
Season ticket holders, you received an email on Saturday, January 12 letting you know if you have an outstanding balance remaining on your account and if so, when payments will resume. Please reference this previous communication and call us at 615.770.2355 with any questions.
WHAT IF I PURCHASED PARKING WITH MY TICKETS?
You will be able to find any parking passes you purchased on your My Smashville Tix Account. For the first two (2) home games of the 2013 season, parking passes will be printed from home. Simply your username and password to log-in to your account and follow the steps to 'Print Tickets' that can be found at nashvillepredators.com/howto. If you would like to forgo the convenience of Print At Home parking passes and receive printed passes for games after February 1, please contact your account representative to place this request.
Note: Parking will not be able to be loaded on to and accessed from your Passport card.
HOW DO I LOAD HOCKEY BUCKS ONTO MY SMASHVILLE PASSPORT?
Season ticket holders, you may redeem Smashville Rewards Points for Hockey Bucks (in-arena credits for food, beverage and merchandise), by simply going to smashvillerewards.com, logging-in, selecting ‘Hockey Bucks’ in the ‘Rewards Catalog’ tab and specifying the amount of Hockey Bucks you would like and which Smashville Passport you would like these points to be loaded on. The Hockey Bucks will be loaded onto your card within 48 hours.

WHERE CAN I USE MY HOCKEY BUCKS?
Once you have loaded Hockey Bucks onto your passport you can redeem this in-house currency at nearly every retail and concession location inside Bridgestone Arena. Hockey Bucks are also accepted the Bridgestone Arena box office for concert or additional Preds tickets. The following is a list of the limited retail and concession locations inside Bridgestone where your Hockey Bucks cannot be redeemed at this time:
