Nashville Predators Roll Out New Interactive Social Media Hub
-New platform to replace existing online message boards-
Nashville, Tenn. – The Nashville Predators are set to debut the Preds Social Hub hosted by Wayin, a brand-new interactive online platform that will replace the current Nashville Predators message boards on the team’s official website (nashvillepredators.com).
“In response to our fan’s requests, and in a continued effort to keep the organization at the forefront of the ever-changing social media world, we’ve decided to partner with tech-based firm Wayin to launch the new Preds Social Hub,” Nashville Predators President/COO Sean Henry said. “This new platform will become an online community where the Loyal Legion can interact via every social media platform and discuss all things Bridgestone Arena and Nashville Predators related. Responding to our fan’s questions and fulfilling our fan’s needs remains paramount, and we feel this is an evolutionary step towards further empowering our fan base.”
At the Preds Social Hub, fans will be able to interact with other fans, Preds personalities and even Preds players on Twitter, while perusing photos on Instagram and watching Preds videos posted to the Hub. The launch of the Preds Social Hub comes as the team prepares to re-launch their season with a “Gold Out” on Thursday, Feb. 27 against the Tampa Bay Lightning (7 p.m. CT, FOX Sports TN, 102.5 The Game). The night kicks off with a Preds Plaza Party presented by Lee Company at 5 p.m., which includes interactive games, the Preds GOLDWALK, a live band and more! Doors also open at 5 p.m. as season-ticket holders can enjoy free Pepsi products, hot dogs, nachos, popcorn and peanuts from 5-6 p.m. All fans in attendance will also receive a free gold t-shirt courtesy of Bridgestone and Hunt Brothers Pizza.
