Nashville Predators Recall Simon Moser from Milwaukee
Nashville, Tenn. – Nashville Predators President of Hockey Operations/General Manager David Poile announced today that the club has recalled forward Simon Moser from Milwaukee (AHL).
Moser, 24 (3/10/89), has appeared in his first three NHL contests with the Predators this season, recording an assist while averaging 11:06 of ice time. He’s also posted 25 points (8g-17a) in 42 games with the Admirals during his first North American professional season. The Bern, Switzerland native recently returned from the 2014 Olympics, where he scored the game-winning goal in the Swiss’ 1-0 victory over Latvia, and appeared in all four of the nation’s games.
The Nashville Predators re-launch their season following the Olympic Break on Thursday when they welcome the Tampa Bay Lightning to Bridgestone Arena at 7 p.m. CT (FOX Sports Tennessee, 102.5 The Game). Season re-launch festivities include a Preds Plaza Plaza Party presented by Lee Company, a “Gold Out” presented by Bridgestone and Hunt Brothers Pizza and more. Doors will open at 5 p.m. for a special event that allows season-ticket holders to eat for free from 5-6 p.m. Fans can also participate in College Night presented by Jack in the Box. Where they receive either an upper bowl ticket for $15 or a lower bowl ticket and a “College” gold shirt for $30 with a valid college ID.
