Busy Week at Bridgestone Arena Capped Off With Game Six Sellout
Nashville Tenn. (April 24, 2011) – Falling in line with its busiest year to date, Bridgestone Arena has seen more than 92,000 guests walk through the doors this week for six sold out events – three concerts and three Nashville Predators Stanley Cup Playoff games.

The Predators had strong attendance throughout the season with 16 regular season and now three postseason sellouts, and Bridgestone Arena boasted its busiest year ever in 2010, finishing sixth in U.S. concert attendance in international trade publication Pollstar’s year-end ranking. This increased activity has created national acknowledgement of Bridgestone Arena’s achievements, translating into greater traffic for Downtown Nashville businesses.

Calendar of Events April 16-24:
April 16 Sugarland with Little Big Town (sellout)
April 17 Stanley Cup Playoffs - Game Three vs. Anaheim Ducks (sellout)
April 19 Lady Gaga (sellout)
April 20 Stanley Cup Playoffs - Game Four vs. Anaheim Ducks (sellout)
April 21 Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet Band (sellout)
April 24 Stanley Cup Playoffs - Game Six vs. Anaheim Ducks (sellout)

Bridgestone Arena opened in December 1996. The facility has hosted more than 13 million guests for such events as the NCAA Men’s Basketball Regional Tournament, SEC and OVC Men’s & Women’s Basketball Tournament, as well as concerts for entertainers such as Lady Gaga, Paul McCartney Garth Brooks, Elton John and Billy Joel, the Rolling Stones, Tim McGraw, Keith Urban and Jimmy Buffett.
