Predators Give Back to Loyal Fans
The Nashville Predators have always been praised for their fan base. Always passionate and constantly loud, Predators fans are some of the most devoted in the National Hockey League. Through thick and thin—and even in the face of a team sale—the fans continually rally to show support for their beloved team. Especially important to the Predators is their loyal legion of season-ticket holders who go above and beyond to cheer on their team, game in and game out.

In a reversal of roles, the Predators plan to show their support of season-ticket holders with a “Season-Ticket Holder Appreciation Month.” In an effort to thank these faithful fans, the Predators are offering them a number of exclusive Predator-themed bonuses during the month of February. With this initiative, full and partial season-ticket holders will be offered discounts, prizes, extended-exchange nights and special events relating to all things Predators.

One of the featured special events is the Hockey 201 seminar—which is the next step in the Hockey 101 coursework. While Hockey 101 covered the fundamentals of the sport, Hockey 201 offers a more in-depth look at hockey by Predators radio play-by-play announcer Tom Callahan. Tom will be exploring the more dynamic areas of the game and be available to answer a myriad of hockey questions.

Full-season supporters of the Preds will receive a special hand-painted lithograph of the team in a post-game salute and each day, season ticket holders will be randomly selected to win one of many Predator-themed prized. These prizes will include zamboni rides, autographed sticks, pucks and more.

During every game throughout the month of February, there will be a season-ticket holder of the game who will be honored from the CMT band stage and on the Megatron. These honored fans will also be featured on the Predators official site, nashvillepredators.com.

“Throughout this month-long celebration, season-ticket holders will be given the VIP treatment, from great prizes to an on-ice photo day at the Sommet Center,” Predators Vice President of Ticket Sales Nat Harden said. “Season-ticket holders have been crucial to the continued success of the Nashville Predators organization and will be just as important to the team’s future. This initiative is just one way the Predators can say thank you for all the support they have been given over the years.”
