The Nashville Predators are teaming up with youth hockey teams across the state for the 2008-09 Preds Player Clinics presented by Delta Dental of Tennessee. These free clinics are conducted throughout the Preds regular hockey season as a part of the organization's mission to support and develop youth hockey within the community.  Designed to give youth hockey players a chance to improve their hockey skills, Preds Amateur & Youth Hockey staff along with Predators players assist with team practices at local ice rinks.

This past month launched the fourth season of the Preds involvement with local-team practices.  Forward Scott Nichol was a guest instructor at the Preds Player Clinic held October 20. More than 125 players were in attendance during the Southern Ice Squirt practice, held on the Southern Ice Arena at A Game Sportsplex in Cool Springs.  Most recently, on October 29, defensemen Ville Koistinen and Greg Zanon, along with team mascot Gnash joined the NYHL Mite and Squirt house league practices at Centennial Sportsplex.

Below is a schedule of upcoming Preds Player Clinics presented by Delta Dental of Tennessee.  All participants will receive a Preds/Delta Dental giveaway item, a chance to enter to win tickets for an upcoming Preds game and autograph opportunities.  Clinics are open to registered youth hockey players at designated rink.
