Western Conference Notebook: Nov. 3
With one month completed, 12 of the 15 Western Conference teams have already earned at least 10 points heading into this week's play ... Every team in the conference has earned at least 1 road win this season ... San Jose is the only team in the NHL with an unblemished home record this season (6-0-0) ... The Western Conference features 4 of the 5 highest scoring teams in the NHL this season ... This week's schedule features 8 out-of-conference match-ups. Western Conference teams hold a 29-18-4 record against Eastern Conference teams this season, but were only 6-5-2 last week.

Central Division
The Central Division has a winning record againt the other two Western Conference divisions, 6-3-1 against the Northwest Division and 7-6-1 against the Pacific Division. The Central is the only division in the conference above .500 against the other two intra-confernce divisions ...
