G.O.A.L! presented by Delta Dental of Tennessee is a free on-ice youth hockey program hosted by the Predators in association with local ice rinks. Designed for boys and girls (ages 4-9) with no prior skating or hockey experience, the four-week program will introduce the sport of ice hockey to kids while teaching the life experiences of teamwork, sportsmanship and self-confidence through athletic participation.

This past Wednesday, August 27, Nashville Predators Scott Nichol, Greg de Vries and team mascot Gnash were guest instructors at the most recent Get Out And Learn! session held at Cool Springs Ice Center in Franklin. Participants, which were ages 4-9, had the opportunity to learn from the pros as they took to the ice for their first hockey lesson hosted by the Nashville Predators and Delta Dental of Tennessee.

The Nashville Predators’ Get out and Learn! (G.O.A.L!) program, presented by Delta Dental of Tennessee, will be begin taking applicants online at www.nashvillepredators.com/goal for its September/October session on, Tuesday, September 9th at 9 a.m. The next four-week session will be held Friday evenings September 26, October 3, 10 and 17 at Centennial Sportsplex, 222 25th Ave N, Nashville. Space is limited. Full hockey equipment, including skate rental, is provided free of charge. Once the four-week session is complete, there are hockey programs available at both Cool Springs Ice Center, and Centennial Sportsplex in Nashville for continued development.
