The Nashville Predators will hold their annual food drives before their games against the Columbus Blue Jackets on Saturday, Nov. 10 and a second food drive before their game against the St. Louis Blues on Saturday, Nov. 17.  These food drives will benefit Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee. 

The Nashville Predators will collect non-perishable food items and cash donations for Second Harvest.  Food bank volunteers and Predators players and coaches wives will be at all The Sommet Center’s main entrances pre-game on Saturday, November 10th and Saturday, November 17th.  Fans who donate will receive a ticket voucher for money off of a ticket to a future game. 

“The Nashville Predators have been very supportive of Second Harvest,” stated Jaynee Day, President and CEO of Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee.  “The Predators help their local community by supporting Second Harvest Food Bank.  We are very grateful for their help.”

Items collected at the food drive will be used in Second Harvest’s Emergency Food Box Program.  Donations of non-perishable goods such as canned tuna, peanut butter, canned vegetables, canned fruit and chili are encouraged.
