Predators reassign Langfeld and Ellison
Roster reduced to 24

Nashville Predators Executive Vice President/General Manager David Poile announced today that the club has reassigned forwards Josh Langfeld and Matt Ellison to the Milwaukee Admirals of the American Hockey League.

The Predators expect to open the 2007-08 NHL regular season with a total of 14 forwards (including the injured Steve Sullivan), eight defensemen (including the injured Kevin Klein) and two goaltenders.

The Predators (3-1-1) will face the Columbus Blue Jackets (2-3-2) tonight at 7:00 p.m. at the Sommet Center. The game is Nashville’s final preseason tilt of the season.
